Warranty Details
What is the warranty period?
All our products come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures.
What does the warranty cover?
All products purchased from our store include a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. The warranty duration may vary depending on the product category:
- Computers & Laptops: 12 months
- Smartphones & Tablets: 12 months
- Accessories & Peripherals: 6 months
- Audio Equipment: 12 months
How to submit a claim?
If your product arrives defective or non-functional, you have 48 hours from delivery to report it as Dead on Arrival (DOA). We will provide a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Video Unboxing Requirement
Important: To qualify for our DOA policy, we require a complete unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process in one continuous take
- A clear view of the product and any visible defects
- A demonstration of the issue (device not powering on, physical damage, etc.)
Why do we require this? The unboxing video protects both you and us. It ensures that any issues are documented from the moment of delivery, helps us identify supply chain problems, and prevents fraudulent claims. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing while offering strong protection for genuine customers.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
If your product is defective upon arrival (DOA), we will replace it or issue a refund after verification.
Exchanges & Returns
To qualify for warranty service or DOA replacement:
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging
- No physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Serial numbers and warranty seals must remain intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
