How to submit a claim?

If your product arrives defective or non-functional, you have 48 hours from delivery to report it as Dead on Arrival (DOA). We will provide a replacement or a full refund immediately.

Video Unboxing Requirement

Important: To qualify for our DOA policy, we require a complete unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The full unboxing process in one continuous take
  • A clear view of the product and any visible defects
  • A demonstration of the issue (device not powering on, physical damage, etc.)

Why do we require this? The unboxing video protects both you and us. It ensures that any issues are documented from the moment of delivery, helps us identify supply chain problems, and prevents fraudulent claims. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing while offering strong protection for genuine customers.

If your product is defective upon arrival (DOA), we will replace it or issue a refund after verification.

A DOA — or Dead on Arrival — product is an item that is non-functional or significantly damaged upon first use or unboxing. At Getixt, we take DOA cases extremely seriously and prioritize their resolution above all other claims.

If your product arrives defective or non-functional:

  • 📧 Contact us within 72 hours – Report the DOA within 3 days of delivery for priority handling
  • 🔄 Receive a free replacement – We'll ship a replacement unit at no additional cost

What Is Not Covered by Our Warranty?

The following situations fall outside our warranty coverage:
